Francesca Carleo
Francesca graduated from the University of Witwatersrand in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physiotherapy and immediately moved into the private sector. Over the past 9 years she worked in various practices where she gained valuable experience. Her passion to solve problems and to treat and correct the cause of the problem motivated her to undertake a postgraduate degree in Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapy in 2009. In 2010 she opened her own private practice in Sandton, and in 2016 was the co-founder of Waterfall SOS Physiotherapy, the quintessential modern physiotherapy service. Francesca has a special interest in muscluloskeletal therapy, particularly in the treatment of uncontrolled movement to manage both joint and muscular pain. Francesca continues specialising in Orthopaedics and Sports Injuries with a special interest in lower limb rehabilitation. She strongly believes in a hands on approach and has qualified in dry needling, kinesio taping and fascial release therapy. Her approach to the treatment of patients is holistic with a strong emphasis on well-being and empowering patients to self manage. As a runner, she understands the frustration of suffering a sports injury and this motivates her to get her athletes back on the sports field as soon as possible. She is passionate about the importance of an active lifestyle and motivates her patients to adopt the same.

Roxanne McIntyre
Roxanne McIntyre holds a BSc Physiotherapy degree from Wits University. She has worked in multiple environments, including extensive work in a trauma and cardiac ICU and private practice. Roxanne has a post graduate qualification in Orthopedic Manipulative Therapy (OMT) along with experience in dealing with sports injuries, orthopaedic and spinal conditions and has worked closely with Olympic physiotherapists. She also has a special interest in critical care and cardiopulmonary physiotherapy with a post graduate qualification in this field (CPT) - where she received an award for the best research paper. Additionally she has post graduate training in Dry Needling, Manipulation and Kinesio taping. Roxanne believes in using a holistic approach in the assessment and management of her patients to ensure that they return to full function at the workplace, home and in their sporting endeavors, in order to have an improved quality of life.

Janice Briscoe
Janice Briscoe holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of KwaZulu-Natal (2014) as well as a Bachelor of Science in Human Life with Psychology from the University of Stellenbosch (2010). After graduating she did one year of community service in rural northern KZN and then moved into the private sector. She has completed her Dry needling and kinesio taping courses and is currently completing her postgraduate in OMT level 1. Janice has a passion for continued education and strives to provide the best care for her patients. She is a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a caring nature towards patients. Janice is a physiotherapist who strives to give effective and concise treatments through good communication skills, correct education and exercise prescription. She is also able to work closely with other health care professionals such as doctors/surgeons, biokinetists, and chiropractors; to assess patients needs and compile appropriate treatment plans. It is important to her that you understand your injury and achieve your optimal level of health and fitness.
